It provides concurrency and composable security and transaction management to heterogeneous virtual machines, such as EVM, zkEVM, WASM, etc. If you are familiar with Rust, you might think of our product as a decentralized "Tokio," unlike the "Rayon"-like approach of most other existing blockchains. Our innovations range from a new bytecode virtual machine to an innovative leaderless blockchain protocol that combines consensus with decentralized concurrency control. 

1. 2+ years of Rust programming experience; exposure to Tokio is desired.
2. Knowledge and experience in concurrency control theory and distributed systems.
3. Ability to work with team members from different time zones.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Self-driven and eager to innovate.

1. Enthusiasm for blockchain technology and an understanding of a broader spectrum of blockchain concepts, such as MPT, fraud proof, rollups, PoS, PoW, PBFT.
2. Experience in functional programming.
